Established by the Chung family in 1984, but the restaurant itself was founded in 1979. The name Kim Loan means Golden Phoenix, a Vietnamese and Chinese mythology bird.

    Hands down the BEST pho restaurant ever, my mom would always take my siblings and I here whenever we were sick because of all the vitamins and nutrition that Vietnamese soups have. But Especially because the beef noodle soup is so good!!!

    Low key and simple but, food and service is excellent. One of the best Pho restaurants in the area.

    Good traditional Vietnamese restaurant. Full menu. Pho is good. Full rice and veggie dishes. The place can use a bit of a facelift.. but overall - good choice for traditional Vietnamese Food.
